Wild Birch Tree Syrup Yogurt Malt
1 cup full-fat grass-fed or organic yogurt
1/2 cup cold water
2 T. raw honey, ideally raw, wild oregano honey
1 teaspoon American Wild Foods Wild Birch Tree Syrup
a few organic or wild blueberries (optional)
In a blender add all ingredients and blend.
Organic Birch Syrup-Drizzled Butternut Squash
1 medium-sized butternut squash
a few slices of full-fat cheese of your choice
2 T. diced onions
2 T. pine nuts (optional
2 T. or more Wild Red Palm Oil or CocaPalm
sea salt to taste

Bake squash until done. Let cool and remove skin and seeds and slice into one-inch-thick slices. In a skillet heat oil on medium or medium-low heat. Cook pine nuts and onions until just brown; remove and set aside. Add more oil, if needed, and cook squash for a few minutes, turning over, then layer with nuts/pine nuts and cheese. Spinkle with salt; cover and cook until cheese is melted, then drizzle with birch bark syrup (optional: add birch bark syrup early in cooking for caramelization).
