Ingredients

Quick Root Vegetable Soup with Wild Salt Grass

4 medium-sized carrots, chopped
2 turnips, cut in cubes
3 parsnips or parsley roots, cut in chunks
1 medium-sized onion, diced
some chopped parsley
2 teaspoons salt grass
various herbs of your choice for flavoring
