This is a very difficult whole food to produce. It is not easy too extract the pulp from wild plums and turn it into a raw food. Wild Plum Paste is made from wild plums growing in the far northern forests. These wild plums contain powerful antioxidants, including purple and red flavonoids, and are an excellent source of potassium and vitamin B2. Very limited supply: only 200 bottles in existence. A rare treat, ideal for using as a dip for meat; add a bit in a sauce for stir fry. Also may be added to smoothies. A great addition/sauce for bison steaks or wild game. Ingredients are only raw, wild plum paste, raw, wild forest honey, and natural spice oils.
